Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Kivunah handles information submitted through Collaborate.

Data and purpose

We collect only what is needed

The form may collect your name, email address, optional link, proposal title, text or summary, contribution type, and consent choices. It may also record minimal technical data needed for security and spam prevention.

Editorial evaluation

We use the information to review the proposal, verify permissions, and communicate about possible edits or decisions.

Limited access

Only authorized Kivunah staff and essential WordPress, Hostinger, and Forminator infrastructure providers take part in processing.

No sale of data

We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising. The form does not accept attachments or request sensitive data.

Retention and rights

Control over your information

Proposals and related data are normally retained for up to 365 days for editorial evaluation and security. If a proposal is accepted, we may retain the information needed to document authorization, attribution, and publication. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@kivunah.com. Some records may be retained when required by law or a legitimate security interest.
